To become a member of AMSA for the upcoming semester
- New membership fee = $35
- Returning membership fee = $30
- Must accrue 10 points for active membership through any of the following opportunities:
- Attending general and committee meetings
- Volunteering with AMSA through our various volunteer organization partnerships
- Assisting with tabling or fundraising events
- Attending socials and major events
- Attending Guidance Workshops
Dues are required within the first 4 weeks of school in order to obtain the free member T-shirt. In order to attend exclusive AMSA events during the semester dues must be submitted 1 week in advance.
To become an officer of AMSA
- Application must be submitted 5 weeks before the upcoming semester
- Applicant has been a member of AMSA for at least 1 semester
- Applicant appointed by director of committee and received approval by executive board
To become an executive of AMSA
- Applicant must undergo interview by current executives
- Applicant appointed by president and received approval by board of executives
Payments can be made through cashapp at $UTSAAMSA , or in person to our finance committee.
